To help us find out about you and for you to find out about us, we use the following process at Distribution Technology:
This may either be via telephone or face to face.
We will ask you what you know about the company and we will ask you a variety of technical questions.
This will be face to face.
To explore your technical knowledge, we will ask you a mixture of technical and competency based questions, in your area of specialism and the peripheral areas.
It will help us to to get to know you better; how you think and what you know or you don’t know, so that should you join us, we have identified any training needs relevant to the role.
You may meet a number of members of the team, so please have questions for us, this is your opportunity to ensure that the role and the company are right for you. You will also meet someone from the Recruitment Team, who will answer any other questions that you may have about the company, your development or remuneration.
This step tends to be used for our more senior roles and we may ask candidates to present to us on a pre-defined topic.
