Summary:
To support our rapid growth we now have an opportunity for an In House Legal role providing technical expertise and commercial support to join our expanding team.
The role:
The role will cover the management of all legal contracts for the group including:
- Commercial licence agreements
- Employment agreements
- Lease agreements
- Legal drafting support to the CFO and sales team for all non standard commercial contracts, ensuring our standard terms are maintained and risk is managed
- Provide legal support for all commercial negotiations
- Maintain a legal risk register
- Liaise and efficientlky manage external legal counsel
- Maintain the Stautory Books for the Group
- Reduce the time to tender and deal sign-off cycles
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in commercial contract negotiations, within the technology sector (experience of software licences arrangement, IPR protection, and Data Protection Act will be essential)
- Knowledge of the regulatory issues surrounding the financial services sector such as FSA would be helpful
