Summary:
To support our rapid growth we now have an opportunity for an In House Legal and Commercial Support to join our expanding team.
The role:
- Maintenance of the Group’s standard contracts
- Commercial licence agreements
- Employment agreements
- Leases
- Provide drafting support to the CFO and sales team for all commercial contracts, ensuring standard terms are maintained and legal exposure limited
- Provide support to sales and finance teams in commercial negotiations and legal back up during the sales cycles
- Maintain a register of all non standard clauses and the company complies with all such terms
- Liaise with external legal team
- Maintain Company books
- Reduce the time to tender and deal sign-off
- Ensure standard contract terms are maintained
- Reduce external legal costs
- Manage Legal risks within the business
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in commercial contract negotiations, within the technology sector (experience of Software IPR, Licensing and Data Protection)
- Knowledge of the regulatory issues surrounding the financial services sector such as FSA
Our offer:
A competitive salary of between £45,000 and £55,000, plus bonus and benefits.
