In support of our future growth strategy we have created the role of Client Success Manager to lead the company’s focus on further increasing the adoption and usage of our technology with our existing clients as we work with them to transform their businesses and address the challenges posed by the RDR.
The Client Success Manager will work closely with our clients and their advisers consulting on their front office and financial planning needs and delivering and coordinating the promotion, training, adoption, reporting and support services they need to make the most of our applications. They will also work closely with our Client Directors to create and deliver against client specific adoption plans.
The ideal candidate will have worked within large advisory businesses supporting the successful implementation of front office processes using technology. They will have a first hand understanding of advising customers at some point in their career and be passionately committed to constantly improving the services for which they are responsible. The ideal candidate will have supported the roll out or usage of DT technology for one or more client organizations.
The opportunity will suit an individual with a strong appetite for applying their skills and experience to helping the industry succeed in the digital age and who is looking to make a difference to the firm in which they work.
