Co-ordination and production of effective reporting MI for the Project Managers to ensure our first class project governance is enforced throughout DT’s entire life cycle.
Support of Project Managers and Project Directors in their MS planning administration and customer reporting. Assisting in the consolidated view of all MS project plans across the Delivery function. Management of the resource pool MS planning view and identification of resource conflicts across Delivery. Co-ordinate customer requested enhancements. Assisting with profitability analysis upon project completion. Assisting in Implementation of effective Delivery templates and Delivery process improvements.
Ideally you will be of graduate calibre with a real hunger and desire to progress into project management.
1-2 years experience within a project environment for the finance & Technology sector.
Experience in using MS office tools relating to project management.
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
