The role:

You will undertake business analysis and where appropriate, the re-engineering of process related to the Planning and Sales Platform solutions provided by DT.

You will identify opportunities for both system enhancement and process improvement and facilitate implementation of change. This includes both quick win opportunities as well as longer-term improvement to product and project implementations.

You will ensure the professional use of process re-engineering and change management disciplines, to ensure individual activities are focused on the client’s needs whilst ensuring that change is aligned to both the Product and Delivery Roadmaps, maximising both re-use and ensuring that ideas are pooled to ensure better outcomes for our clients.

When appropriate, you will lead the analysis and design associated with sizeable client or product implementations where more than one analyst is assigned. What’s more, you will work with the project manager to complete accurate project planning estimates related to the design phase of the project plan and ensure that the design phase is completed to pre-defined quality, to plan and on budget.
