Reading, UK – 18 March 2009 – Distribution Technology, the leading provider of planning and sales technology for financial services in the UK, announced today that it has appointed Martyn Allez as Product Development Director. Allez will be responsible for setting the future strategy and formulating the process for enhancing Distribution Technology’s product set. Products include Dynamic Point of Sale, the enterprise class Point of Sale solution, as well as Dynamic Planner, the leading financial planning tool.
Allez joins Distribution Technology from Capgemini, the global business transformation and outsourcing consultancy, where, as a Portfolio Manager within the Aspire Outsourcing contract he was responsible for highly profitable and effective delivery within this government contract. Prior to this he spent over 6 years at Temenos, where latterly he was the Technology Director for their Core Banking division. Previously he spent over 10 years at LloydsTSB, eventually working as Project Director within the Group Project Services division, notably responsible for delivery of the Offshore Banking Integration programme within merger between Lloyds and TSB. Allez has been in the financial service industry since 1986.
