Distribution Technology ranked as a leading European vendor in Wealth Management
Celent publishes Ranking the European Vendors of Wealth Management Technology 2009 report. DT has been ranked as one of the leading technology vendors in Europe in a report published by Celent. Ranking the European Vendors of Wealth Management Technology 2009 report was authored by Senior Analyst Isabella Fonseca. For more information on the report, please click here, where you will have to register your details.
The purpose of the report is to profile the major European software vendors within the wealth management industry and rank their performance across the following criteria: 'breadth of functionality' and 'advanced technology'. In Celent's profile of DT, it states 'The enterprise architecture used by these applications also enables clients to customise their solutions and integrate them easily with existing or future third party applications. Additional strengths lie in the simplicity and usability of Distribution Technology's user interfaces, which are easy to learn initially and easy to use throughout the advisory process.'
'Distribution Technology's solutions allow wealth managers to be more productive and customer focused, whilst controlling regulatory compliance across all client needs. Over 22,000 advisers use our technology which is available on-demand or on-premises.' Further comments from Celent include 'In current implementations, Distribution Technology applications often link to CRM systems. Both in-house and ASP hosting options are available, though the ASP deployment method is actively marketed by Distribution Technology as a "Software as a Service"(SaaS) option. SaaS allows customers to access solutions on demand which reduces deployment and implementation time dramatically.'
