Distribution Technology, the leading provider of planning and sales technology for the financial services in the UK, has appointed Alison Everett as Product Manager for financial planning tools. Alison was previously Head of E-Business Marketing at Skandia, one of the largest global providers of long-term savings products. In her 18 year career at Skandia, Alison was central to the strategy, development and delivery of the UK’s e-business offering, driving the company to becoming a fully e-enabled organisation. She was also key to driving adoption of Skandia’s e-services through an adviser education programme.

Alison will be responsible across a range of products, including Dynamic Planner, Investment Planner and Retirement Planner. Distribution Technology currently supports over 22,000 advisers with software used by over 25 of the UK’s banks, life and pension companies, wealth managers, platforms and building societies, including Lloyds TSB, Friends Provident and Aegon. For the second year in a row, Distribution Technology was ranked in the TechTrack 100 listings as one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK.
